Job description

Life Insurance / Final Expense Agent
Location: 6 Miles From Philadelphia - Marlton, NJ (In-Office Position)
Hours: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Compensation: Base Salary + Uncapped Commission
Leads Provided – Inbound Calls Only

Are you motivated, competitive, and ready to build a high-income career in the life insurance industry? We are growing rapidly and seeking driven individuals to join our upbeat, high-energy call center team in Marlton, NJ.

This is not a cold-calling position. We provide inbound leads from individuals who have already expressed interest in Life Insurance or Final Expense coverage. Your job is to guide them through the process and help protect their families.

Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound calls from prospective clients

  • Educate clients on life insurance and final expense products

  • Assess client needs and recommend appropriate coverage

  • Submit applications and follow through to policy issue

  • Maintain accurate records in CRM system

  • Meet and exceed performance goals


Qualifications:
  • Must currently hold a Life Insurance license OR have the ability and willingness to obtain one (we help strong candidates get licensed)

  • Strong communication and phone skills

  • Comfortable working in a call center environment

  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated

  • Basic computer proficiency

  • Professional, positive attitude
