Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to gain comprehensive insights into clients' mental health needs and personal goals.
  • Facilitate individual therapy sessions for clients spanning all ages, using an integrative approach to address diverse mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions.
  • Collaboratively design and implement tailored treatment plans that incorporate client preferences and draw from the latest evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
  • Provide immediate support and crisis intervention for clients experiencing acute mental health challenges, ensuring their safety and providing them with resources for stabilization.
  • Educate clients and their support systems on mental health conditions and coping strategies, enhancing their understanding and facilitating informed decision-making.
  • Maintain meticulous and confidential client documentation, including assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and outcome measures, in compliance with ethical guidelines and legal requirements.
