Harmony House Psychotherapy Services is seeking a dedicated and licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join our remote team in Vancouver, Washington. This full-time position is entirely remote, allowing for flexible work arrangements. You will conduct therapy sessions through telehealth platforms, reaching clients across varied backgrounds and geographical locations while ensuring their comfort and confidentiality. • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to gain comprehensive insights into clients' mental health needs and personal goals.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions for clients spanning all ages, using an integrative approach to address diverse mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions.
• Collaboratively design and implement tailored treatment plans that incorporate client preferences and draw from the latest evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
• Provide immediate support and crisis intervention for clients experiencing acute mental health challenges, ensuring their safety and providing them with resources for stabilization.
• Educate clients and their support systems on mental health conditions and coping strategies, enhancing their understanding and facilitating informed decision-making.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client documentation, including assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and outcome measures, in compliance with ethical guidelines and legal requirements.
• Adhere to the ethical standards set forth by the counseling profession, ensuring client confidentiality and informed consent are prioritized.
• Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team of mental health professionals to deliver holistic and comprehensive care to our clients.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Active licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or equivalent state licensure.
• A minimum of three years of experience providing mental health counseling in an outpatient setting.
• Demonstrated clinical proficiency in delivering therapy services and working with clients presenting with complex mental health issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration and rapport-building with clients and colleagues.
• An empathetic approach with a commitment to ethical practice and professional conduct.
• Cultural sensitivity and a thorough understanding of the diverse backgrounds of clients.
• A willingness to engage in ongoing professional development and training.

• Experience with telehealth systems and virtual counseling methodologies is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with various evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Trauma-Informed Care.
• Prior experience working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare providers.

This role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
