This role is entirely telehealth based, ensuring that counseling services are accessible to clients in different geographic locations. Our practice offers a unique opportunity to work independently while remaining connected to a supportive network of professionals. You will have the autonomy to create your own schedule, accommodating up to 25 clients per week, which fosters an ideal work-life balance.

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop personalized treatment plans to address the specific needs of each client.
• Facilitate bi-weekly counseling sessions, maintaining a strong therapeutic alliance to support clients in their recovery journey.
• Utilize electronic health record systems for accurate documentation and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Assess and manage safety concerns, making appropriate clinical decisions to ensure the well-being of clients.
• Provide crisis intervention services as needed, demonstrating a clear understanding of clinical best practices in high-stress situations.
• Collaborate with fellow counselors through regular consultation, supervision, and client referrals to enhance service delivery.
• Maintain consistent communication with clients, ensuring their needs and progress are thoroughly monitored throughout treatment.
• Engage in ongoing personal and professional development opportunities, including in-house training and external workshops.

In your role as a Mental Health Counselor, you will primarily focus on adults, children, adolescents, and families, providing tailored therapeutic interventions that leverage modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Internal Family Systems (IFS). Our ideal candidate should be skilled in addressing a range of trauma-related issues and effectively supporting clients in their unique recovery journeys.

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required.
• A valid Oregon license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is preferred.
• Proven experience working with trauma-informed care principles and practices is essential.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a supportive team environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and a detail-oriented approach to documentation and assessment.

• Experience in a telehealth setting and familiarity with digital therapy platforms.
• Knowledge of EMDR and IFS methodologies is highly preferred.
• Background in providing therapy to diverse populations, including underserved communities.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to USD 105,000, with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, and retirement matching contributions.
