This full-time role requires a licensed professional who is committed to providing quality therapeutic services in a remote work setting. Work Environment

This position is designed for full-time remote work, allowing you to provide therapy from the comfort of your home while maintaining a balanced work-life schedule. Our clinic operates during standard business hours from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday, with no evening or weekend obligations. This structure is ideal for those seeking a consistent routine while effectively managing their clinical responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, establishing strong therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.
• Conduct thorough intake assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status, identifying key issues such as substance abuse, anxiety, depression, or eating disorders.
• Develop, implement, and continuously monitor individualized treatment plans that address clients’ specific needs and goals.
• Schedule and conduct regular one-on-one therapy sessions, providing ongoing support and reviewing client progress towards their treatment objectives.
• Maintain detailed, up-to-date documentation of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment outcomes in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Engage in individual supervision and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to enhance patient care and outcomes.
• Participate in professional training programs and workshops to stay current with best practices in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor at Vibra, you will serve a varied patient population, including adults and adolescents facing challenges such as mood disorders, addiction, trauma, and more. Your expertise will be essential in addressing each client’s unique situation and assisting them in their recovery journey. By utilizing a person-centered approach, you will empower clients to engage in their treatment actively and promote lasting change.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Current, unrestricted, and active LCPC license issued by the state of Maryland.
• A minimum of one year of post-graduate clinical experience in a clinical outpatient setting.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and active listening skills are imperative for effective client interactions.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with a wide spectrum of mental health conditions, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, and substance use disorders.
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.
• Previous involvement in clinical supervision or peer support will be considered an asset.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $70,000 to $90,000 based on experience and qualifications. We operate on a fee-for-service model, ensuring guaranteed rates paid ahead of collections, eliminating any waiting period for reimbursements. Additional benefits include:
