This position is designed for full-time remote work, allowing you to provide therapy from the comfort of your home while maintaining a balanced work-life schedule. Our clinic operates during standard business hours from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday, with no evening or weekend obligations. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a diverse caseload of clients, establishing strong therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.
  • Conduct thorough intake assessments to evaluate clientsโ€™ mental health status, identifying key issues such as substance abuse, anxiety, depression, or eating disorders.
  • Develop, implement, and continuously monitor individualized treatment plans that address clientsโ€™ specific needs and goals.
  • Schedule and conduct regular one-on-one therapy sessions, providing ongoing support and reviewing client progress towards their treatment objectives.
  • Maintain detailed, up-to-date documentation of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment outcomes in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
  • Engage in individual supervision and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to enhance patient care and outcomes.
  • Participate in professional training programs and workshops to stay current with best practices in mental health therapy.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
