Responsibilities – Accounting Office Clerk: 

  • Reconcile statements and issues payment to vendors
  • Maintain purchase orders, issuing purchase orders when necessary
  • Answer all vendor inquiries
  • Prepare analysis of accounts, as required
  • Stocking in cars, making lien payoffs, and monthly bank reconciliations
  • Perform other duties as requested


Qualifications/Requirements - Accounting Office Clerk:

  • Entry-level candidates welcome — we provide training!
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Basic understanding of accounting, bookkeeping, and cash management
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a team setting
  • DMV or dealership experience is a plus, but not required
