Carolina PRG is partnering with a growing company in the Charlotte area to identify an Entry Level Accountant for a temporary assignment. This is a great opportunity for a recent accounting graduate or someone with 1–2 years of accounting experience looking to gain hands-on experience in a collaborative environment.


Responsibilities

  • Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processing
  • Prepare journal entries and reconcile general ledger accounts
  • Support month-end close activities
  • Process invoices and maintain accurate financial records
  • Reconcile bank statements and assist with account reconciliations
  • Maintain and organize accounting documentation
  • Assist with ad hoc accounting and administrative projects as needed


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
  • 0–2 years of accounting experience or relevant internship experience
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
