Salary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Entry-Level Accounting Clerk to join our growing team. This position will primarily support Accounts Payable (AP) functions, assist with Accounts Receivable (AR), and perform bank and credit card reconciliations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their accounting career in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process vendor invoices and manage Accounts Payable workflow
  • Assist with Accounts Receivable, including invoicing and payment tracking
  • Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements monthly
  • Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks Online
  • Prepare and update spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel
  • Support month-end closing activities
  • Communicate with vendors and customers regarding billing inquiries
  • Perform general administrative and accounting support tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • 02 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience (internships welcome)
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles
  • Experience with QuickBooks and/or QuickBooks Online required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
