Export Customer Service Representative (OnSite) 1

To ensure optimum service in one or more areas of the Customer Service Department. Must promote an environment of teamwork and productivity under the guidance of the Customer Service Manager. Responsible for accuracy and completion of orders. Must work in conjunction with customers as well as Export Manager, MAHLE Agents, IT, Inventory Control, Production, Distribution and Traffic to guarantee customer satisfaction.

Coordinate with all parties involved (Export Manager, MAHLE Agents, Logistics, IT, Accounting, Production). Maintain direct contact with MAHLE Agents and customer's (inform and advise customers current internal contacts of sales policies, current price list, order confirmations, proformas, export documentation and product information. Research claims for credit and debit applying company policies to transactions, before passing these on for credits or debits to be issued. Create and update daily production reports. Enter customer discrepancies into the system for review.

Ability to work with and through others at all levels. Experience with AS400 and SAP a plus. Proficient in use of spreadsheets (Excel) and processing (Word) software. Associate's Degree preferred, or equivalent work experience. Extensive background and experience in dealing with export customer service. Strong product knowledge a plus. Bilingual (Spanish) a plus.
