Job description

Job Title: Actionable Imagery Specialist

Job Location: Rockford, MN (Hybrid)

Experience Level: Entry Level

About the Role

We’re looking for an Actionable Imagery Specialist to join a growing technology team focused on digital imagery and data workflows.

This is an entry-level opportunity and does not require an AI background. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with computers, highly detail-oriented, and able to follow structured processes while working with large volumes of digital images and data.

What You’ll Do

  • Process digital imagery through the end-to-end workflow: download, organize, clean, QA, label, and upload
  • Review images for accuracy, quality, and completeness
  • Update and verify geotags and image-related data
  • Organize and prepare digital files according to established standards
  • Upload processed imagery to internal software platforms
  • Perform quality checks and identify/correct errors
  • Work independently on assigned projects while meeting deadlines
  • Communicate effectively with team members regarding workflow issues or questions

What We’re Looking For

  • 1+ years of professional experience — recent graduates and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply
  • Comfortable using computers and learning new software/tools
  • Experience with Excel, Google Sheets, or Google Workspace
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Organized and comfortable with repetitive, process-driven work
  • Good communication skills and a positive, professional attitude
  • Ability to work independently and stay focused on detailed tasks

Nice to have, But Not Required

Experience with any of the following is a plus:

  • Image processing or image editing
  • Digital asset management
  • Content or media operations
  • Image tagging or labeling
  • Metadata management
  • Data entry or data processing
  • Quality assurance/quality control
  • File organization and digital content workflows
  • Photoshop, Lightroom, Canva, Figma, or similar tools

Work Arrangement

The role is ideally hybrid in Rockford, MN. Candidates will receive initial training onsite, followed by approximately 2–3 days per week in the office. We are flexible for the right candidate and will consider remote candidates, particularly those located in the Central Time Zone.

Why This Role?

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to gain hands-on experience working with technology, digital content, data, and operational workflows in a growing tech environment.

If you’re detail-oriented, computer-savvy, and looking for an opportunity to get your foot in the door with a technology-focused team, we’d love to hear from you.
