What You'll Do: โ€ขInstall, repair, adjust, and maintain small electric or pneumatic control systems used for building. This includes heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems and equipment. โ€ขConduct ongoing maintenance on building HVAC equipment to ensure proper operation of equipment and compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and work safety. โ€ขTroubleshoot equipment failures and determine best course of action for equipment modifications. โ€ขUse existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion. โ€ขImpact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail. โ€ขDeliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance. What You'll Need: โ€ขHigh School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
