Join the Heritage Home Service team as a Residential HVAC Maintenance Technician at our Auburn, NH location

Important: This is not an apprentice or entry-level position. Applicants must meet the prior residential experience and gas licensing requirements listed below to be considered.

What You'll Do:

  • Perform detailed maintenance in residential properties throughout the southern NH area
  • Communicate effectively with customers, offering expert advice and addressing their concerns professionally
  • Follow all safety protocols to ensure the well-being of customers and fellow team members

What You'll Bring:

  • EPA Certification (Preferred, not necessary)
  • Active Gas Fitter license in New Hampshire, or Trainee Card with time almost completed
  • Oil experience is a plus!
  • Proven experience as an HVAC Service or Maintenance Technician 
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities to maintain positive client interactions
  • Must be age 21, or older
  • valid driverโ€™s license with a clean driving record
  • Willingness to work flexible hours
  • Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing at least 50 pounds
