2 Guys Ducting is a growing residential HVAC and ductwork company and we are currently looking for dependable installers to join our team.
We install residential duct systems and high efficiency HVAC systems. This is hands on, physical work and we are looking for people who take pride in doing quality work and showing up consistently.
We are looking for candidates who:
  • Show up to work reliably.
  • Work hard and do not complain about being at or working.
  • Are willing to learn and improve their skills.
  • Can follow directions and work as part of a team.
  • Take pride in their work and want to grow long term.

Subcontractors welcome:
If you are an experienced sheet metal or ductwork installer operating as an independent subcontractor and you have:
