You'll assist with equipment installations, prepare materials and tools, help fabricate and install ductwork, support system start-ups, and maintain clean, organized, and safe jobsites.You'll learn proper installation procedures, manufacturer specifications, and industry best practices while developing hands-on experience with furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, air handlers, duct systems, and related HVAC equipment. You'll also interact professionally with homeowners, follow safety procedures, and contribute to delivering high-quality installations that exceed customer expectations.What We're Looking ForWe're seeking dependable individuals with at least one year of experience in construction, mechanical work, or another skilled trade. HVAC experience is helpful but not required. Candidates should have strong mechanical aptitude, enjoy working with their hands, and be eager to learn a rewarding trade.Applicants should be comfortable using basic hand and power tools, reading a tape measure accurately, working on ladders, cutting and drilling common construction materials, and following written and verbal instructions.
