Their duties often include cleaning and replacing filters, checking system components, performing basic troubleshooting, and helping more experienced technicians with complex tasks. This role is ideal for those starting a career in HVAC, as it offers hands-on experience and opportunities for training and advancement.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as an entry level HVAC tech?

To thrive as an Entry Level HVAC Tech, you need a basic understanding of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning principles, often backed by a vocational certificate or completion of an apprenticeship. Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and good customer service skills help you stand out in this role.
