Your Responsibilities as an HVAC Service Technician:
  • Performing HVAC Service & Repairs - Diagnosing and troubleshooting HVAC equipment issues efficiently.
  • Providing Exceptional Customer Service - Ensuring a professional and positive experience for customers.
  • Reading and Interpreting Electrical Schematics - Using schematics to troubleshoot and repair systems.
  • Handling Service Calls - Responding to service requests within a 60-mile radius of Jacksonville, IL.
  • Maintaining Equipment & Workspaces - Ensuring all tools and work areas are clean, organized, and properly maintained
  • Using Computer Systems - Entering job details and reports into a system with basic computer literacy
  • Driving to Job Sites - Traveling to customer locations

Requirements
  • 1+ years of HVAC service experience (preferred)
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot HVAC equipment effectively
  • Proficiency in reading electrical schematics
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Ability to type on a keyboard with ease
  • Clean driving record
  • Willingness to undergo drug testing and background screening
  • Possession of EPA Section 608 TYPE 2 Certification
