The Junior Commercial HVAC Dispatcher plays a crucial role in supporting a small team of dispatchers by coordinating service calls and ensuring efficient communication between customers and technicians. Reporting directly to the Dispatch Manager, this role focuses on managing schedules, tracking orders, and resolving issues to maintain a high level of service in the commercial HVAC sector.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate dispatch activities for HVAC service requests
