Position Overview

As a Comfort Consultant, you will meet with homeowners in their homes to evaluate their comfort needs, discuss available HVAC solutions, and provide clear recommendations and estimates. You will guide customers through the decision-making process while maintaining a consultative, professional approach.

Your ability to listen, educate, build trust, and follow through will be critical to your success in this role.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Meet with homeowners for scheduled in-home HVAC sales appointments
  • Evaluate customer comfort concerns, system needs, priorities, and budget considerations
  • Recommend appropriate heating, cooling, indoor air quality, and comfort solutions

  • Build trust with homeowners through professional, consultative communication
  • Prepare accurate proposals and sales documentation
  • Follow up with prospective customers and maintain consistent communication throughout the sales process
  • Coordinate with installation and operations teams to ensure accurate project handoff
  • Maintain accurate customer records, appointment notes, proposals, and sales activity
  • Stay current on HVAC products, promotions, financing programs, and industry trends
