Looking to TRADE up to a better opportunity? Hockers is looking for a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude to join our growing and dedicated residential HVAC Technician team. HVAC Technicians are paid hourly plus bonus.

$2,500 Sign-On Bonus Sign-On Bonus Details: $1,250 at 90 days and $1,250 at 6 months

Pay: $25 - $36 per hour + performance pay

RESPONSIBILITIES OF A HVAC TECHNICIANS:

  • Maintain high customer satisfaction by answering any questions, concerns, or issues that the client may have
  • Diagnose any problems with residential HVAC equipment
  • Perform preventative maintenance on equipment
  • Run service calls- repair and/or replace parts on equipment as necessary

REQUIREMENTS OF A HVAC TECHNICIANS:

  • 2-7 Years of Relative Residential Experience
  • Valid driverโ€™s license
  • EPA Certification

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF A HVAC TECHNICIANS :

The Service Technician is responsible for performing preventative maintenance, repairing and replacing parts on equipment as needed to meet client needs. In addition to maintaining equipment, you are required to communicate with both the client and the dispatcher on job details and any additional important information. Maintaining accurate documentation on all jobs and communication with clients is also a must.
