HVAC Estimator
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced HVAC Estimator to join our team. As an HVAC Estimator, you will be responsible for evaluating project requirements, preparing cost estimates, and ensuring that projects are completed within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems and a proven track record in estimating projects accurately.
Pay ranges from $85,000 - $125,0000 DOE
Location: Westchester County, NY
Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate project specifications and develop cost estimates
  • Collaborate with the project management team to determine the scope of work
  • Review and analyze project drawings and technical documents
  • Communicate with vendors and subcontractors to obtain pricing
  • Prepare comprehensive and competitive bids
  • Monitor project costs and identify cost-saving opportunities
