What You'll Do

As an Entry Level HVAC Installer or Service Technician, you'll support both installation and service technicians while learning the fundamentals of residential and light commercial HVAC systems. Every day offers the opportunity to build new skills, gain hands-on experience, and prepare for advancement into either an installation or service technician role.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assist with residential and light commercial HVAC installations and service calls

  • Help install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, and indoor air quality equipment

  • Assist with preventative maintenance, equipment inspections, and basic repairs

  • Load, unload, organize, and maintain tools, equipment, and materials

  • Help install ductwork, refrigeration lines, gas piping, and other HVAC components

  • Assist with equipment start-up, testing, and basic troubleshooting

  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas at customer homes and job sites

  • Learn HVAC safety procedures, installation standards, and service best practices

  • Communicate professionally with customers and team members

  • Participate in ongoing training and technical development

Qualifications
  • Mechanical aptitude and a desire to learn the HVAC trade

  • Valid driver's license with an insurable driving history

  • Strong work ethic and dependable attendance

  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn

  • Ability to work in attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and varying weather conditions

  • Ability to lift and carry HVAC equipment and materials

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Trade school or HVAC education is a plus, but not required

  • Construction, mechanical, warehouse, maintenance, or related experience is helpful, but not required
