HVAC amp; Plumbing Unlimited is looking for a motivated HVAC Helper with 1-2 years of residential HVAC experience to join our growing team in Lorton, VA. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has gained foundational field experience and is ready to continue developing their skills alongside experienced technicians and installers.

What You'll Do
  • Assist lead technicians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential HVAC systems
  • Help install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and indoor air quality equipment
  • Load, unload, and organize tools, equipment, and materials for each job
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and preventive maintenance under supervision
  • Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites
  • Follow all company safety procedures and local building codes
  • Provide professional and courteous customer service while in customers' homes
  • Complete assigned tasks efficiently while continuing to develop technical skills
What We're Looking For
  • 1-2 years of residential HVAC experience
  • Basic knowledge of heating, cooling, and ventilation systems
  • Ability to safely use hand and power tools
  • Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn and grow
