Experienced HVAC Controls Installer

Location: Richardson, TX

Pay Range: $30-$45/hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM (with occasional overtime/weekends)

We're looking for skilled HVAC Controls Installers to support the installation of Building Automation Systems (BAS/BMS) for commercial facilities. Key Responsibilities

  • Install Building Automation System (BAS/BMS) control panels, sensors, thermostats, actuators, and field devices
  • Run and terminate low-voltage control wiring for HVAC equipment
  • Install conduit, cable trays, and control devices according to project drawings
  • Assist with startup, point-to-point checkout, and commissioning of control systems
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and mechanical plans
  • Coordinate with electricians, HVAC installers, and controls programmers to complete projects efficiently
  • Ensure all installations meet company quality standards and applicable codes

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience installing HVAC controls, low-voltage systems, or commercial electrical systems
  • Experience installing BAS/BMS field devices, control panels, sensors, and controllers is preferred
  • Ability to read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and construction drawings
  • Familiarity with HVAC equipment and mechanical systems
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Candidates will be required to pass a drug screening & background check upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
