What You'll Do

  • Perform residential HVAC maintenance, diagnostics, and service repairs
  • Troubleshoot heating and cooling systems with support from experienced team members when needed
  • Communicate professionally with homeowners and provide excellent customer service
  • Read wiring diagrams and assist with system diagnostics
  • Maintain accurate job documentation and communicate clearly with dispatch and team members
  • Continue developing technical knowledge through ongoing training opportunities

What We're Looking For

  • 1+ years of HVAC field experience preferred
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
  • HVAC schooling or technical training preferred
  • Ability to read wiring diagrams and understand HVAC systems
  • Understanding of airflow, air balancing, and basic sheet metal practices
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Team-oriented mindset with strong customer service skills
  • Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
  • NATE Certification is a plus, but not required
