The Opportunity
As part of the Administration and Secretarial Services Generalist team you are expected to provide administrative support (virtually and in office/client sites as required) preferably for a global network of professional services firms. As an Administrative professional, you are expected to apply a learning mindset, take ownership of your development, and share and adopt industry standards to continuously upskill yourself and others. You are expected to demonstrate technical knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, social media tools, and other emerging mobile and virtual support technologies.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, social media tools as well as learn and utilize new technologies in everyday tasks
- Provide administrative support virtually and in office/client sites

The salary range for this position is: $35,500 - $109,120. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $35,500 - $124,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
