We are seeking a highly organized, people-focused HR Coordinator to play a key role in attracting top talent, supporting hiring managers, and creating a seamless onboarding experience for new employees.

What You'll DoLead and Support Full-Cycle Recruitment
  • Create tailored hiring plans and recruitment timelines for each open position
  • Build candidate pipelines and proactively source passive candidates
  • Review resumes and facilitate initial candidate screening activities
  • Coordinate and oversee interview processes, including interview preparation, pre-briefs, and debriefs
  • Ensure candidates and hiring teams have the tools, materials, and support needed throughout the recruitment process
  • Conduct reference checks and assist with offer extensions
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop effective, position-specific recruitment strategies
Deliver an Exceptional Onboarding Experience
  • Oversee onboarding activities from offer acceptance through successful integration into the organization
  • Provide hands-on support to hiring managers to ensure onboarding plans are structured, effective, and engaging
  • Conduct regular follow-up with new hires and managers to promote a positive transition and employee experience
  • Troubleshoot onboarding challenges and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
Serve as a Trusted Talent Partner
  • Consult with hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle
  • Provide guidance on hiring best practices and candidate engagement strategies
  • Support recruiting and onboarding efforts across the organization
  • Act as a primary point of contact for candidate inquiries and recruitment-related questions
Support HR Operations
  • Submit personnel action forms and process employee changes
  • Maintain and update information within the HR Information System
  • Update, distribute, and maintain HR documents, policies, forms, and personnel records
  • Process HR-related expense reimbursements and invoices
  • Assist with administrative projects and cross-functional HR initiatives as needed

Pay and Benefits
