Job description

Physician: Dermatology Chicago IL - Lavin Pavilion (Streeterville Campus)

Northwestern Medicine is seeking a Board-Eligible or Board-Certified Dermatologist to join our Lavin 22/23 Clinic, located on the Streeterville Campus, Chicago, IL.

Diversity, equity, and inclusion are core to Northwestern Medicine's Patients First mission. This commitment is demonstrated through partnerships with local organizations that share our vision for a healthier Chicagoland. Our participation with these organizations goes well beyond world class medical care and research by providing resources – funding and people – to support education pipelines and strengthen Chicago's communities. We have also been awarded the designation of "LGBTQ Healthcare Equality Leader" from the Human Rights Campaign Foundation's Healthcare Equality Index. Our physicians are also involved with The Diversity and Cultural Affairs Council at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine. We believe that what makes our communities better, makes us all better.

In addition to competitive compensation, we offer an excellent benefits package. This includes a continuing medical education allowance, paid time off, well-being fund, 401k, paid parental leave, malpractice insurance and much more. Moreover, we will provide financial stability and administrative support so you can focus on your passion – practicing medicine.

At Northwestern Medicine, our patients-first approach is what sets us apart and better patient outcomes start with healthy physicians. This is why we are firmly committed to physician wellness and work-life balance. You will enjoy a stable schedule and healthy ratios of clinical support staff.

Northwestern Medicine is built on a culture of physician leadership and involvement. This includes mentorship, so you can expand your professional growth and development. If you are looking to enhance your career with opportunities beyond patient care, you may also have access to educational, teaching, and research opportunities through Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine.

Joining Northwestern Medicine means you can impact the future of medicine and make a difference for a diverse group of patients and communities.
