Job description:


We are seeking detail-oriented, tech-savvy Onsite Bilingual Customer Service Representatives to join our HR & Benefits Customer Support team. If you’re passionate about helping others and thrive in a fast-paced, structured environment, this opportunity is for you!


  • Position Type: Full-Time, Temp to Perm
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Location Requirement: Must reside in Tennessee or within 25 miles or 45 minutes from Nashville TN.
  • Training Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM EST
  • Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, between 8:30 AM – 7:00 PM (Final shift will be assigned before training ends)


What You’ll Do


  • Respond to incoming calls and emails from employees and former employees
  • Resolve HR and benefits-related inquiries with professionalism and empathy
  • Track, log, and follow up on all cases and transactions
  • Escalate recurring issues to Technical Analysts or Team Managers
  • Explain and apply HR and benefits policies and procedures
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to data privacy standards
  • Follow established protocols and work independently on routine tasks
  • Support peak volume periods and attend all mandatory training sessions


Requirements


  • Must be 18+ with a High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 6 months experience in a call center or benefits-related role
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent multitasking and time management abilities
  • Commitment to perfect attendance during training
