Job Brief:

Job Details:

  • Hosting is an entry level position. Experience not required but is welcomed.

  • Greet Guests promptly and display overwhelming care and concern for the guests needs. As a host you are the first and last impression on our guests, so guests should be greeted with a smile.

  • Ability to multitask by greeting guests, assigning tables, and answering the house phone. By Utilizing our Table Management system hosts are expected to quote guests accurate seating times, handle reservations, seats guests, answer phones, and answer general business questions. On occasion you may be required to take phone messages that will include guests name, contact number, and guests concern or inquiry.

  • Monitor the floor and asses the seating and dining flow.

  • On Occasion, hosts may be asked to assist in placing, packaging, and closing out To-Go Orders either online or via telephone orders.

  • Keep a clean and tidy waiting area for our guests to enjoy.

  • Maintains menu presentation by keeping menus clean, replacing damaged or soiled menus.

  • Performs opening, running, and closing duties, as needed.

  • Assists co-workers with side work including, but not limited to wiping down tables, re-stocking, rolling silverware, etc.

  • This is a part time position, though 40 hours a week may be available based on the needs of the restaurant.
