Job description

Job Description:

Ashurst Perkins Coie LLP, a leading international law firm, is seeking a junior real estate associate to join our Real Estate practice group at a pivotal moment within the firm. As an Am Law 50 firm handling sophisticated matters at the local, national, and increasingly global level, this is an exciting opportunity to join a practice and the firm at the leading edge of the market. This position is open in the Phoenix, San Francisco, Seattle, and Bellevue offices.

Our Real Estate practice represents national and global clients in complex acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, construction and development, real estate finance, and portfolio management across a wide range of asset classes. Our work focuses on core and emerging assets such as: office, industrial, retail, hospitality, real estate finance, CMBS work outs, development work for mixeduse and emerging asset types (including an active and growing data center practice encompassing colocation transactions, hyperscaler leasing, and powered land acquisitions), as well as work on large, multisite portfolios for some of the world's most wellknown corporate and technology companies. We routinely work across offices and collaborate with colleagues nationwide to deliver coordinated, practical solutions at scale.

A minimum of one year of transactional real estate experience is required. The successful candidate will draft carefully and analytically, take responsibility for projects, be organized, and exercise and help with a wide range of fastmoving transactions and large portfolios. We value lawyers who think beyond discrete tasks to anticipate issues, structure solutions, and deliver thoughtful, precise work product. Candidates should be collaborative, responsive, and relationshipdriven, with a genuine interest in client service and teambased practice.

Our team-and the broader firm-is growing, collegial, and highly integrated across offices and practices. This is an opportunity to join a nationally recognized real estate platform with a steadily expanding portfolio of highprofile clients and matters, and to build a longterm practice in a dynamic, marketleading group.

Ashurst Perkins Coie has been listed on Fortune's Best Places to Work for 24 consecutive years. We are regularly recognized for creating a workplace culture where all employees have the opportunity to grow and reach their full potential. Follow our LinkedIn page, review recent firm news, and visit the Firm Overview on our website to learn more about where we've been, what we've been building, and where we are headed.

To be considered, please submit your cover letter, resume, law school transcript, and a brief writing sample. Principals only.

This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, 401(k) plan, medical, dental, and vision insurance, personal medical and parental leave, up to ten paid Holidays, and family care benefits. More information regarding benefits and programs may be found here.

Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered for employment in accordance with the California Fair Chance Act.

Compensation range: $225,000 to $260,00 annually. Compensation depends on qualifications and experience.
