Elite Distributing Inc. (EDI) is a Vancouver-based team helping customers find high-quality home maintenance products through hands-on demonstrations and personalized service. We have served the Vancouver community since 1985, backed by a nationwide legacy dating to 1914.

We are hiring an Entry-Level Sales Representative to guide customers through the complete sales experience, from the first conversation and needs discovery through product demonstrations, recommendations, orders, and follow-up.

No previous sales experience is required. New team members receive practical training and ongoing support designed to build product knowledge, communication skills, and confidence from day one.

What you’ll do

  • Connect with prospective customers through professional face-to-face conversations
  • Ask thoughtful questions to understand customer needs and priorities
  • Learn the product line and conduct clear, engaging demonstrations
  • Recommend appropriate products based on each customer’s needs
  • Explain product features, benefits, and available options accurately
  • Answer questions and address customer concerns professionally
  • Guide customers through the ordering process
  • Maintain organized records of customer conversations and follow-up activity
  • Track individual results and work toward team performance goals
  • Participate in ongoing sales, communication, and leadership training
  • Represent EDI with professionalism, energy, and integrity
