Performance Kings Honda seeks professionals with the title of Experienced Express Lube Technician! This position is not entry-level. Your responsibilities will include essential maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, mounting and balancing tires, brake replacements, coolant flushes, belts, sway bar links, shocks, and struts.   • $34,000.00 - $41,000.00 Per Year (Experience-based)
  • $2,500.00 Sign-on Bonus (Experience determined by hiring manager)
  • You Choose - Flat Rate or Hourly
  • Shop hours Monday - Friday 7 AM to 6 PM and Saturdays 8 AM to 5 PM, (CLOSED ON SUNDAY)

Requirements:


Responsibilities:

  • Capable of performing lubrications, oil changes, maintenance, tire services, inspections, and other essential care
  • Able to complete repairs and replacement of brakes, engine coolant, belts, sway bar links, shocks and struts, ball joints
  • Precisely communicate needed repairs to Service Advisor
  • Addressing fellow teammates and customers with patience and respect
  • Always maintain a professional appearance
  • Taking directions and mentoring from others
  • Participate in progressive training programs
  • Maintain store cleanliness
  • Promote a safe work environment
  • Assist in maintaining store equipment and tools
  • Complete any other assigned tasks delegated by Service Management

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of practical experience is preferred
  • 1-2 ASE Certifications preferred but not required
  • Completion of an automotive technology course is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate well with others
  • Driver's license with a driving record that will allow you to drive customers and company vehicles
