Job description

Description

San Francisco, CA | Land Rover | Luxury brand | Entry-level | Career path | No experience required | Veterans encouraged to apply | $24/hr

Swickard Auto Group is a hospitality company that happens to sell and service cars. We believe the best guest experiences start with the best employee experiences. That's why we've grown to 40+ rooftops across the West Coast, Alaska, and Hawaii while maintaining a culture built on one simple idea: do right by people, every time.

Land Rover San Francisco is one of the most iconic luxury automotive destinations in the country -- a high-volume, award-winning store in the heart of downtown San Francisco serving an exclusive, high-net-worth clientele. The Service Valet is a guest-facing, hands-on role at the center of that experience -- and for the right person, a natural path into a service writing career.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Pick up and drop off guest vehicles at their home, office, or other locations -- representing Land Rover San Francisco professionally in every interaction

Shuttle guests to and from the dealership as needed -- providing a warm, courteous experience that reflects the premium standard of the brand

Wash and prepare vehicles to dealership presentation standards -- ensuring every car is clean and ready when the guest needs it

Move and stage vehicles throughout the service drive, lot, and service bays safely and efficiently

Assist service advisors with vehicle coordination, staging, and delivery logistics to keep the service operation running without delays

Greet guests on the service drive with a professional, composed presence -- you are often the first and last impression of the day

Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the service drive, lot, and common areas at all times

Support the service team with general tasks that keep the department operating at full speed

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

No prior automotive experience required -- we will train the right person from day one

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record -- required, as off-site vehicle pickup and delivery is central to this role

Comfortable navigating San Francisco and the surrounding Bay Area -- confident driving in an urban environment

Professional, polished, and composed with guests -- Land Rover clientele expects a premium experience at every touchpoint

Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in doing the job right every time

Able to remain on your feet and stay active throughout your shift

A hospitality mindset -- every vehicle you handle and every guest you encounter deserves your full attention and care

WHAT WE OFFER

$24/hr

Medical, dental, and vision insurance

Life insurance and supplemental coverage options

Paid time off and paid holidays

On-the-job training -- no experience necessary

A direct path toward service writing -- motivated Service Valets with strong guest instincts are well-positioned to grow into advisor roles at Swickard

Employee vehicle purchase and service discounts

A team culture where entry-level means the beginning, not the ceiling

WHY LAND ROVER SAN FRANCISCO

An iconic downtown San Francisco store with a loyal, high-net-worth guest base -- the kind of environment that teaches you what a premium service experience really looks like

The Service Valet role here is elevated -- off-site pickup and delivery puts you directly in front of some of the most discerning guests in the Bay Area

A proven path into service writing -- the skills and relationships you build in this role are exactly the foundation a great service advisor needs

Swickard is one of the fastest-growing dealer groups in the country -- ranked Top 5 in North America for reputation in the automotive industry

Our HEART values -- Honor, Engage, Anticipate, Respond, Thank -- apply to every role on the team, from the service drive to the showroom floor

A supportive environment where your professionalism and reliability get noticed and rewarded

Land Rover San Francisco has the brand, the guest base, and the operational culture to give a motivated Service Valet a genuine launching pad in the automotive industry. The pickup and delivery component of this role puts you in front of guests in a way most entry-level positions never do -- and that visibility, handled well, opens doors.

If you're professional, reliable, comfortable behind the wheel in the city, and ready to represent a world-class luxury brand from day one -- we'd like to meet you.
