Job description

10-4 Logistics USA seeks Entry Level Class A Regional Truck Drivers for its Eastern seaboard regional fleet. This role provides structured, paid training and routes designed for a weekly home reset, using modern equipment and drop & hook dry van freight.

Compensation and key details:

  • Pay: $1,600–$1,800 weekly via direct deposit
  • Regional routes with weekly home time
  • Drop & Hook dry van freight
  • Fully loaded, brand-new tractors
  • Paid orientation and instructor-led training, including behind-the-wheel mentorship

Primary responsibilities:

  • Operate Class A commercial vehicles safely and in compliance with DOT regulations
  • Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and basic daily vehicle maintenance checks
  • Execute drop & hook freight assignments efficiently and maintain accurate delivery records
  • Communicate professionally with dispatch and customers regarding schedules and loads
  • Complete required training and mentoring activities to develop safe, compliant driving skills

Minimum qualifications:

  • Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
  • Clean motor vehicle record (MVR)
  • Must meet company hiring and Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements
