We're hiring multiple entry-level representatives to join our team and help attract new customers to our business.
If you are motivated by performance-based earnings, this role offers significant income growth. Average earnings of $100,000+/year with uncapped commissions. Your earnings grow directly with your sales. Higher performance means higher income.

YOUR DAY
As our entry-level Sales Representative, you'll spend your days canvassing different neighborhoods around the area, engaging with potential customers, and increasing interest in our high-quality roofing, remodeling, and restoration services. You'll work independently, so time management skills and problem-solving abilities are a must.
Always polite and professional, you'll engage with homeowners, learn about their remodeling needs, and perform roof inspections to get a firsthand look at their situation. You'll explain to customers what we can do for them and encourage them to book a service. As you make sales, you'll track your progress and adjust strategies as needed to close more deals!
YOUR HOURS
You'll work Monday through Friday from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm. Depending on the season, you may also need to work Saturdays from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm.
REQUIREMENTS
  • 18+ years of age
  • Valid driver's license
  • Good driving record
  • Ability to obtain a solicitation permit
  • Physical ability to walk through neighborhoods and climb ladders regularly
  • Willingness to travel to different neighborhoods and local offices as needed
