Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Door-to-Door Sales Representative a driven, seasoned professional who understands the realities and challenges of field sales, thrives on ownership of the full sales cycle, and is committed to closing deals independently.

Technical Assessments
  • Safely climb roofs to inspect existing conditions and present accurate solutions.
  • Operate drones for roof and property assessments when required.
  • Capture high-quality photos and measurements to support proposals and project scopes.
Consultative Selling
  • Educate homeowners on Sterling Edge Exteriors' solutions roof replacements, storm restoration, siding, gutters, etc.
  • Present customized sales proposals with clarity, confidence, and integrity.
  • Handle objections and concerns with expertise, professionalism, and strong objection-handling skills.
Closing & Follow-Up
  • Drive prospects through the sales funnel with consistent follow-up and communication.
  • Close agreements that align with customer needs and company quality standards.
  • Maintain pipeline data and sales activity accurately within CRM systems.
