- Operate machines according to established programs and instructions to produce precision components.

- Monitor machine operations during cycles to detect issues such as tool wear, malfunctions, or deviations from specifications.

- Perform basic in-process inspections using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) to verify part dimensions meet tolerances.

- Follow detailed work instructions, blueprints, and setup sheets to ensure consistent quality.

- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to 5S principles and company safety protocols.

- Report any nonconformities, machine issues, or safety concerns to supervisors immediately.

- Assist with basic machine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, lubrication, and coolant checks.

- Participate in training programs to learn setup, basic programming edits, tooling changes, and quality standards.

- Support team goals by helping with material handling, deburring, or other production support tasks as needed.

- Comply with AS9100 quality management system requirements, including proper documentation and traceability.

**Required Qualifications**

- High school diploma or GED.

- Mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail.

- Ability to read basic blueprints and follow written/verbal instructions.

- Willingness to learn CNC and manual machining operations.

- Basic math skills (fractions, decimals, measurements).

- Physically able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive tasks safely.

- Reliable, punctual, and committed to safety and quality.

- Positive attitude and eagerness to grow in a precision manufacturing environment.

**Preferred Qualifications** (Not Required – Training Provided)

- Familiarity with hand tools, measuring instruments, or basic shop safety.

- Vocational/technical training in machining, manufacturing, or related field.

- Interest in aerospace/defense industry and precision work.

**Skills and Attributes**

- Ability to work effectively in a team and follow directions.

- Good problem-solving skills and willingness to ask questions.

- Commitment to continuous learning and improvement.

- Safety-conscious mindset.

- Competitive entry-level pay with opportunities for increases based on performance and training milestones.

- Comprehensive on-the-job training and potential apprenticeship pathways.

- Full benefits package (health, dental, vision, 401(k), etc.).

- Stable, growing company with opportunities for advancement to CNC Operator, Setup Machinist, or Tool Maker roles.

- Supportive team environment focused on precision, quality, and employee development.
