We are seeking a dependable and organized Entry-Level Administrative Assistant to join our team.  This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills who enjoys helping customers and keeping daily office operations running smoothly.  In this role, you will provide support to our office employees, answering phone calls and scheduling appointments . The ideal candidate is highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
Responsibilities 
  • Answer incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate person
  • Schedule appointments and maintain a calendar
  • Enter and update information in spreadsheets and company systems
  • Prepare basic reports and documents
  • Respond to customer requests and email in a timely manner
  • Maintain an organized filing system and office records
  • Assist team members with administrative tasks as needed
