We are a family-owned business entering our 40th year in operation and are excited to expand our national footprint. We are recruiting Press Helpers to join our talented team of high-impact employees on all shifts in our Milton, WI production facility. The Press Helper is an entry level position, responsible for assisting the Press Operator in running a printing press.ย  Prior experience is helpful, but not necessary.ย  We also offer a Press Operator Training Program for Press Helpers interested in taking their career to the next level!


In this position you will:

  • Assist the Press Operator in setting up the press to run individual jobs
  • Hang rolls of paper, fill ink fountains and keep the area around the press clean
  • Make sure all material is stocked and ready for the Press Operator and for the next shift
  • Keep all tools organized and put away when not in use
  • Complete daily production logs
  • Promote a safe, positive, team atmosphere


Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Mechanically inclined
  • Detail orientated and committed to quality
  • Able to multi-task within a manufacturing environment
