Mii amo is a resort that focuses on creating personalized extraordinary experiences for guests and team members. They are seeking an Entry Level Help Desk Technician to provide first-line technical support for resort staff and guest-facing systems, ensuring smooth operation of various hospitality technology systems.
Responsibilities:
• Provide first-level technical support for resort staff and hotel systems
• Troubleshoot basic computer, printer, phone, network, and Wi-Fi issues
• Assist users with Microsoft 365, email, password resets, and account access
• Support guest-facing technology including TVs, internet access, and mobile devices
• Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT staff as needed
• Document support requests and resolutions through the help desk ticketing system
• Assist with setup and deployment of computers, monitors, phones, and peripherals
• Perform routine maintenance, updates, and equipment checks
• Maintain a professional and service-oriented attitude when assisting guests and employees
• Follow IT policies, security procedures, and operational standards
Qualifications:
