Shift: These are full-time positions only. Day and Night shifts.
Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in a locally owned and operated nursing home group serving Western Kentucky.
Our focus is on providing respectful, attentive care that supports the dignity, comfort, and well-being of each resident. The CNA plays a key role in assisting residents with daily care needs while maintaining a calm, supportive environment during the shift.
Essential Duties
โ€ข Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
โ€ข Provide patient care and support in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting
โ€ข Monitor residents and report changes in condition to nursing staff
โ€ข Assist with mobility, transfers, and repositioning
โ€ข Accurately document care provided in the medical record system
โ€ข Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment for residents
โ€ข Work collaboratively with nurses and interdisciplinary team members
โ€ข Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
Qualifications
โ€ข Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Kentucky
โ€ข Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or nursing home preferred (but not required)
โ€ข Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care
โ€ข Reliable attendance and ability to work assigned shifts (including nights if applicable)
โ€ข Strong teamwork and communication skills
