  • Support and Shape: Help plan, roll out, and evaluate our next-generation Occupational Health and Safety programs

  • Create and Innovate: Draft clear, modern health and safety guides that reduce risk and keep us ahead of compliance

  • Investigate and Solve: Dive into safety incidents and customer complaints to figure out what happened and how to fix it

  • Audit and Assess: Conduct routine walk-throughs and audits of our health and safety protocols to ensure everything is running smoothly

  • Education: Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, or a related science field

  • Eye for Detail: Hands-on experience or coursework in spotting workplace hazards, running safety inspections, and understanding regulations

BasicQualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Experience performing health and safety risk assessments, developing and managing safety programs, and performing audits

  • Experience developing and implementing process improvements
