Benefits of Joining Our Team • Paid training—no experience required • Full-time, stable employment • Performance-based bonuses and incentives • Opportunities for advancement into leadership and management • Ongoing coaching and career development • Friendly, team-oriented work environment • Work with military personnel, retail partners, and local customers Responsibilities: • Greet customers with professionalism and a positive attitude • Schedule appointments and coordinate daily service requests • Educate customers about windshield repair, windshield replacement, and other automotive services • Explain service options, pricing, and available promotions • Assist customers with insurance claim information and required documentation • Recommend additional services, including window tint, headlight restoration, and mobile auto glass service • Maintain accurate customer records and appointment schedules • Work closely with technicians to ensure timely and efficient service • Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and care • Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming work environment Qualifications: • No experience required—paid training provided • Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Positive attitude and excellent problem-solving abilities • Comfortable using computers, scheduling software, and phones • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment • Reliable, dependable, and motivated to learn • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • High school diploma or equivalent preferred • Valid driver's license preferred Compensation: $45,000 – $60,000 per year
