ACG Auto Glass & Car Care is seeking an energetic, customer-focused candidate to join our team as an Entry-Level Management Trainee. This is a hands-on leadership development position designed to prepare you for management and executive-level opportunities.
No previous management or automotive experience is required. We provide comprehensive paid training that teaches you our products, services, customer experience standards, sales techniques, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities
• Learn all aspects of daily business operations.
• Provide outstanding customer service and build lasting customer relationships.
• Assist customers with windshield repair and replacement services.
• Learn about ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) recalibration.
• Educate customers on additional services, including:
• Auto glass replacement
• Windshield chip and crack repair
• Window tint installation
• Headlight restoration
• Hail damage repair assistance
• Mobile auto glass services
• Develop leadership skills by coaching and motivating team members.
• Monitor productivity, customer satisfaction, and daily performance goals.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and professional work environment.
Qualifications
• No experience required-we provide paid training.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Leadership potential and a desire to advance into management.
