What We Offer- $16 per hour depending on experience

Shifts Available- 9:00am - 2:00pm
- 2:00pm - 6:00pm
- 9:00am - 5:00pm
- Monday - Saturday
- Sundays always off
What You'll Do- Prepare Halal ingredients following recipes with accuracy and consistency
- Clean, trim, and portion poultry and assist with all recipe preparations
- Follow food safety and sanitation protocols at all times
- Maintain a clean, organized prep kitchen and warehouse
- Receive, stock, and rotate inventory using FIFO freshness calendars
- Lift and move 10-50 lbs of materials and equipment as needed
- Work with focus and urgency to complete tasks efficiently each shift
What We're Looking For- No experience required - entry-level candidates are welcome
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking with strong attention to detail
- Able to follow directions and communicate openly with the team
- Passionate about food and takes pride in quality work
- Able to stand and walk for a full shift
- Maintains personal hygiene and wears a clean uniform daily
A plus if you have:- Kitchen prep or food handling experience
- Knife skills or experience trimming, deboning, and portioning poultry
- Knowledge of safe poultry handling temperatures and cross-contamination prevention
- Familiarity with FIFO inventory rotation and food safety standards
