Sparkle Squad is growing, and we are looking for a Lead Technician who takes pride in producing excellent work, leading people, and creating great customer experiences.
This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who enjoys working outdoors, solving problems, leading by example, and taking ownership of job quality and crew performance.
If you have experience leading teams in window cleaning, exterior cleaning, construction, landscaping, facilities maintenance, pressure washing, HVAC, or another field-service environment, we would love to talk.
What Youll Do:
Lead and develop a crew of technicians on residential and commercial projects
Execute high-quality window cleaning, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, and exterior cleaning services
Serve as the primary onsite contact for customers and represent the Sparkle Squad brand professionally
Train and mentor technicians while maintaining a positive, accountable work environment
Operate aerial lifts and elevated work platforms safely when required
Maintain production goals while ensuring safety and quality standards are met
Keep vehicles, equipment, and work areas organized and job-ready
Help improve systems and contribute to company growth
