ABOUT THE POSITION

We are seeking a talented and passionate individual to join our team as an entry-level Graphic Designer & Digital Marketing Specialist. This role combines creativity with digital marketing expertise to support our brand identity and drive member engagement.

Responsibilities
  • Create visually stunning designs for various marketing materials, including email campaigns, branding materials, print collateral, and social media graphics.
  • Utilize graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite) to produce high-quality designs.
  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all design assets.
  • Collaborate with the broader team to conceptualize and design engaging visual content.
Digital Marketing
  • Assist in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (email, newsletter, website, social media).
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies to identify new opportunities.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation, and performance analysis.
  • Manage and update social media channels with both organic and paid content.
  • Track and report on digital marketing performance metrics.
QUALIFICATIONS

SALARY RANGE + BENEFITS

Salary Range: $70,000 - $75,000

After 90 days of employment, employees are eligible for:

  • Company-paid medical and dental benefits
  • Company-matched 401(k) - Four Hundred matches 100% of the first 1% of elective contributions and 50% of the next 5%.
  • Paid time off (per year):
    • 10 bank holidays
    • $75 per month stipend towards phone bill coverage

After first year of employment, employees are eligible for:

  • Annual incentive bonus, 3% of annual base salary
