The Branding Boutique LA

Job description

About Us:

The Branding Boutique is a female-founded luxury marketing, branding, and social agency based in Los Angeles. We partner with premium and emerging brands to build out their creative identity, content, and social presence from strategy and design to day-to-day social management and client-facing execution.

About the Role:

We're looking for a creative, driven, and detail-oriented Content Marketing Specialist to join our LA-based team and grow with us.

This role sits primarily within our social media and content function. It's an entry-level role with real ownership attached, a great next step for someone early in their career who's ready to do more than support work.

You'll lead social content execution across multiple client accounts, film and appear in content yourself, and manage day-to-day client relationships, with hands-on mentorship from our Creative Director. As you grow, you'll have room to explore other areas of the agency (branding, strategy, design), based on where your interests take you.

We'll train you on our systems and processes. What we're looking for is drive, creativity, and someone who wants to grow with us long-term.

Responsibilities:

Creative & Content

  • Film high-quality iPhone photo and video content for social media
  • Attend in-person content shoots and filming days throughout Los Angeles
  • Appear and speak on camera for talking, lifestyle, trend-based, and UGC-style content
  • Edit short-form video content for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
  • Design social media graphics and digital assets using Canva (Adobe Creative Suite a plus)
  • Build and manage content calendars and social assets across multiple brands

Client & Account Management

  • Own day-to-day account management for a portfolio of client brands
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients on content, deliverables, and account updates
  • Maintain strong, professional client relationships and anticipate client needs
  • Help scope and deliver on creative strategy for each brand

Operations & Logistics

  • Organize, package, and ship client product to creators and team members
  • Support product inventory and coordination ahead of upcoming shoots
  • Stay current on social media trends, platform updates, and emerging content styles
  • Take on additional creative, administrative, and account projects as the role grows

Qualifications:

  • 4-year bachelor's degree required
  • Based in the Los Angeles area, with reliable transportation for in-person shoots and client work
  • Must have their own car and a valid driver's license
  • 1-2 years of experience in social media, content creation, or marketing — internship or coursework experience counts
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and social-first content
  • Comfortable filming high-quality content on an iPhone and appearing on camera
  • Graphic design experience using Canva; Adobe Creative Suite a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially with clients
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple accounts at once
  • A genuine interest in growing into a larger creative or account leadership role over time
  • References available upon request

Growth Path

This role is a launching point, not a ceiling. We're looking for someone who wants to build a career here and grow with our team & culture for the long haul.
