Job description

About Coinflow
Coinflow is the next-generation payment service provider revolutionizing global financial infrastructure with stablecoins, AI-driven fraud prevention, and instant settlement. Coinflow enables businesses to grow faster with instant settlement, fraud & chargeback indemnity, global pay-ins, multi-currency FX, and unified payouts. Founded in 2023, the company serves marketplaces, fintechs, remittance providers, gaming platforms, and ecommerce merchants worldwide.
Since our seed round in 2024, we've achieved 23x revenue growth and scaled to multi-billion-dollar annual transaction volume. In response to this growth, Coinflow announced a $25M Series A in October 2025-led by Pantera Capital, CMT Digital, Coinbase Ventures, Jump Crypto, and Reciprocal Ventures-accelerating our mission to power the world's fastest-moving businesses with innovative, reliable global payments.
Coinflow is proudly headquartered in Chicago, IL. Learn more at coinflow.cash.
The Role:
As a Product Analyst, you'll work hand-in-hand with the product team to turn operational reality into product improvements - balancing the hands-on work required to keep Coinflow and our merchants moving with the product instinct to spot what should be systematized, automated, and built into the platform itself. Your mission is to keep our vendor and merchant product operations moving at the pace of our growth - sourcing and onboarding vendors, pushing diligence and compliance to completion, and relentlessly hunting down the information needed to hit timelines. Just as importantly, you'll turn the manual processes that work today into the automated, scalable systems we'll need to support the next 10x.
This is a high-ownership role and a launchpad. The goal is for you to build deep context across our product and company operations and grow into a builder over time. The ideal candidate wants to get their hands dirty, learn the ins and outs of building, and take real satisfaction in finding the clogs in the wheel and clearing them.
Responsibilities:
  • Own onboarding end to end - push vendors, Coinflow entities, and merchants through the full onboarding lifecycle, from initial sourcing to fully live, removing blockers along the way.
  • Drive diligence and compliance workflows - submit, review, and track DDQs and RFIs, coordinating responses across internal teams and external counterparties to keep processes moving.
  • Source and vet vendors, running them through evaluation and shepherding them through onboarding.
  • Hunt down the information needed to keep things moving, chasing vendors, merchants, and internal teams. This role lives on follow-through - you'll be the person who won't let a workstream stall.
  • Maintain visibility into where every workstream stands and proactively flag risks before they become delays.
  • Bring a data-driven approach to spotting process gaps and recommend automation or tooling improvements that reduce manual touch points and make our operations scalable and repeatable.
  • Support product discovery - drive exploration on new verticals, features existing merchants might want, and new ideas from leadership.

Required Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of experience in FinTech, Operations, Consulting or a start-up environment.
  • A natural hunter - you don't let things sit. You'll chase stakeholders respectfully for the fifth time and loop in whoever it takes to get an answer, and you do it professionally and persistently.
  • A critical thinker who can look at a manual process, see the inefficiency, and propose a better way - ideally building toward automating it.
  • Exceptionally organized, able to keep many moving pieces on track without dropping any and bring order to ambiguity.
  • Comfortable with ownership - you operate well in a fast-moving environment where the playbook isn't always written, and you take responsibility for outcomes.
  • A strong communicator - clear, persistent, and professional across both internal teams and external partners.
  • Hungry to grow into a career in Product over time.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in payments / fintech, or a startup environment
  • Energized by fast-paced environments and ambiguous problems
  • Ability to set up AI automations to streamline tasks
  • Hands-on experience with automation and workflow tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, Salesforce/Attio CRM, Google Sheets, Google Apps Script) or a track record of automating manual work

Join the team rewriting how money moves worldwide-and become a driving force in the $194 trillion cross-border payments market.
