SCHEDULE: Weekends, evenings, and holidays required)

COMPENSATION: Hourly (Non-Exempt)

Burning Tree Country Club is seeking energetic, reliable, and team-oriented Food Runners to support our summer Food & Beverage operations.

This role is essential to delivering a seamless and efficient dining experience by ensuring food is delivered accurately, promptly, and professionally to Members and guests. Working closely with servers, bartenders, and the kitchen team, the Food Runner plays a key role in maintaining service flow, organization, and presentation in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

Must be 18 years of age or older.

As a Food Runner, you help ensure a smooth and efficient dining experience for every Member and guest.


The Essentials (Core Responsibilities)

• Deliver food orders quickly and accurately from the kitchen to Members and guests

• Ensure all dishes are presented correctly and match order tickets

• Communicate with servers and kitchen staff to maintain efficient service flow

• Assist in organizing and expediting food orders during peak service periods

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations and work areas

• Support servers with table maintenance, clearing, and resetting as needed

• Monitor service areas to ensure Members’ needs are supported

• Assist with opening and closing side work duties
