A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN OUTSIDE SERVICE / GOLF CART ATTENDANT

As an Outside Service / Golf Cart Attendant, you are responsible for delivering first-class service to our guests out on the golf course. You clean golf carts and member-stored clubs according to our high-quality standards. Maintaining an organized appearance around our facility, you monitor the cart staging area as well as clear and reset the driving range stations. Whenever a guest comes to you with a comment or complaint, you report it to management in a timely manner to help find a solution.

In addition, you maintain a working knowledge about the game of golf in order to better assist our guests. You participate in staff meetings and training as necessary to stay up to date on important information related to our country club.
