Job Description Summary
Dauch Corporation has immediate & exceptional opportunities for Production Operators at our Three Rivers, MI facility.

Entry level pay rate for a Production Operator is $22.00/hour plus a $1 shift premium for 2nd and 3rd shift. Rates top out at $33 an hour.
Job Description:
Responsibilities include numerous duties related to the machining and assembling of automotive axle components and final assemblies. A Production Operator position can include repetitive lifting, twisting and bending, in a factory setting. This opportunity will provide the candidate hands-on, day-to-day technical interaction within automotive manufacturing.
Required Skills and Education
  • Required education: High school or equivalent
  • Able to work any shift
  • Successfully complete a criminal and education background review
  • Successfully complete a pre-employment physical and drug screening
  • Ability to work on any shift does not mean a swing shift. We are a Unionized facility that in order for an Associate to shift preference to a different shift, they have to meet requirements such as having a high enough Seniority.
  • Be able to work weekends when volunteered for or required
  • Be highly motivated and have an interest in manufacturing
  • Have a history of safe work practices
  • Be a team player, who is flexible and easily adapts to change
